MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER (Medical & Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate business strategies, propositions and tactical plans to facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects
• Assist in preparing and monitoring marketing budget, study and review the ROI on a regular basis and take action plan if necessary.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive online & offline traffic, conversion, retention, sales and social media follower.
• Responsible for all marketing channels for brand promotions on online and offline platforms e.g. Facebook / IG / We chat / XiaoHungShu / Youtube & Google marketing activities and development
• Conduct trending research and competitor analysis to identify market needs
• To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers.
• Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to achieve business targets
• Negotiate the trading terms and pricing with buyers, ensure all sales and promotion activities are timely executed

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of extensive experiences in FMCG industry and key account management
• Creative thinking and experience in B to C as well as B to B selling in consultative approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
• A proactive with agility and positive attitude
• Proficient spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
