Marketing Assistant (Fresh Graduates welcome!)

QUEST Artists & Models - top agency in Hong Kong and Mainland China specializing in entertainment, fashion, and commercial fields.

Duties:

- Fully support day-to-day client communications, which includes pitching models, talent, and KOLs, preparing relevant documents and material, arranging casting calls, managing job schedules, exploring potential new clients and brands

- Photo and video shooting for models for building profile purposes

- Establish and maintain a strong work relationship with clients and models

- Manage the agency's website and social media management (Instagram, Facebook and Little Red Book) and do creative photo and video shooting upon request

- Assist in events and shows planning, and provide on-site support

- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Fresh Graduates welcome!

- Interested in media, fashion, entertainment, and commercial fields

- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and detail-oriented

- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

- Open-minded and creative

- Be an effective team player

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI and Photoshop, with knowledge in video production and editing is preferred

- An extrovert, be friendly and approachable is a must

- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Graduate of Marketing & PR studies is a plus
