Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist superior in planning and implementing marketing strategies, proposals and programs
• Execute marketing and promotional activities in different channels to boost our brand image, customer loyalty and brand awareness
• Develop promotional materials for websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and 小紅書etc, to foster brand awareness
• Analyze marketing analytics, current market trends, and competitor information to strengthen companies’ business & marketing plan
• Handle customer service hotline

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's marketing experience
• Ability to multi-task and take on additional duties where necessary
• Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Good verbal and written communications skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
