Marketing Associate (Performance Marketing)

Cafuné is a fashion label based in Hong Kong, offering accessories that are thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted and distinctly iconic to modern individuals.

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketer with a focus on performance marketing to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for people passionate about brand marketing, who are looking to hone their skills and grow their career within a dynamic brand. The candidate will be responsible to drive and manage Cafuné's paid marketing initiatives.

Job Scope:

• Develop paid media plans and strategies for Cafuné across different regions
• Implementation via ad placement platform, including Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager etc
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns based on campaign performance
• Provide insights and collaborate with Marketing Team to align paid activities with overall marketing strategy and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and platform updates

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 4 years or above experiences in performance marketing. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Marketing Associate role.
• Fluency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager; Google Analytics is a plus
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, organised and responsible
• Good team player in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment
