Marketing & Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Organise and attend marketing events, trade shows, and corporate seminars.
• Update and maintain various company social media accounts.
• Maintain and update the company CRM system.
• Communicate and liaise with existing customers to main customer engagement.
• Other ad hoc marketing activities as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage).
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales/marketing, but a Degree in Marketing, Communications or another related disciplines would be an advantage.
• A background in or knowledge of IT security systems / IT sales would also be an advantage.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing.
• An energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organised, and able to work independently and under pressure.
