Job Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the company's daily operations, maintain the brand image of the company's health products, set overseas marketing goals and evaluation standards, manage budget risks, and be responsible for overall ROI of the company.
Plan the product's sales channels and various sales activities, and oversee the cross-departmental and cross-regional operations at different stages, optimizing them as needed.
Build up, operate, and monitor electronic platforms, establish communication mechanisms for various channels, promote overseas sales network, and train distributors with company culture.
Manage and train sales teams of chain stores, distributors and dealers.
Monitor daily business data, guide the team in optimizing regional strategies, and expand the company's market continuously.
Job Requirements:
- Over 10 years of team management experience and more than 5 years of e-commerce platform operation management experience, with hands-on experience with social media like Facebook, Google, Taobao, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
- University degree or higher, preferably in chemical engineering, marketing, e-commerce and related fields; rich business negotiation skills and logical reasoning ability, sharp market insight, and relevant experience in data analysis.
- Strong self-motivation, proactive work attitude, strong execution ability, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent team management and coordination skills, able to quickly build and manage sales team and assist others in succeeding.
