Marketing & Event Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Based on the nature of different exhibitions or events, work in a team on preparation, planning, administration, customer service, logistics, marketing, on-site serving, evaluation and coordinating each project
• Provide clerical support to Marketing Department
• Follow up Orders, quotation, PO, payment, shipment & after sales
• Assist marketing events and trade shows
• Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting guests and meeting room setup, etc.
• Others ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

•  Diploma or Associated degree holder or above, preferable in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relation, Logistics Management, Visual Arts and other related fields
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Strong communication and passionate in Event & Exhibition
• Independent, hardworking, polite and well organized
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office PC skills, Chinese word processing
