Marketing Officer - Corporate Marketing

We are looking for a talented Marketing Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, the incumbent will support the planning and execution of effective corporate marketing campaigns, focusing on brand guardianship and content management across all online and offline platforms. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience, be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing & advertising projects and work well in cross-functional environments.

• To support in the planning and execution of effective corporate marketing campaigns including brand guardianship, content creation and management across all online and offline touchpoints.
• Assist in creation, maintenance and distribution of marketing assets including brand library, brand guidelines, visual assets including photography and films
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve accurate application of corporate brand guidelines
• Liaise with venders, venues and suppliers to help manage logistical aspects of events and activations
• Conduct and compile reports and analysis to evaluate performance of marketing programs
• Maintain and update databases
• Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including preparing for budget and expenditure reports, invoices, contracts and other support
• Liaise and communicate with creative and production specialists, vendors and service providers
• Handle ad hoc projects when needed

• Degree holder in marketing, public relations, journalism, translation, digital marketing or related disciplines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with skills in using Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and web operation is an advantage
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible. Results-driven with strong problem-solving, good communications and interpersonal skills.
