Job Responsibilities

- Market research and analysis: conduct in-depth research on real estate market dynamics, competitors' strategies, and collect data to provide basis for marketing plans.

- Marketing program development: plan and write innovative marketing programs, including advertising and promotion, event planning, etc., to increase brand awareness and project attractiveness.

- Activity Implementation and Supervision: Responsible for the organization and implementation of marketing activities to ensure that the activities are carried out smoothly and achieve the expected results.

- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Assist in dealing with customer feedback, maintain good customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction in the marketing process.

- Teamwork: work closely with sales, design and other departments to ensure that the marketing work and other business aspects of the synergistic promotion.

Requirements

- Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, real estate or other related majors is preferred.

- Experience requirements: 1-3 years of real estate marketing planning work experience, with successful project cases.

- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in market analysis tools, excellent copywriting and activity planning skills, familiar with new media marketing.

- Quality requirements: innovative thinking, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
