Job Purpose:
To support the team in operational aspects of buying functions, ensuring efficient stock movement to help stores achieve their sales targets.
Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following JOYCE's policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Merchandise Management

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payment and shipment.

Ensure the right merchandise is in the right location at the right time.

Monitor stock deliveries, process cancellations for delays and update delivery recaps.

Communicate with vendors on order confirmations and defective goods.

Prepare sell-through reports and monitor stock levels.
-
Maintain optimal stock levels for promotions and events.
-
Manage stock balances and assist in reallocating stock between stores.

Handle special orders efficiently to meet customer requests.
Relationship Management

Regularly communicate with warehouse, store operations, and logistics for smooth merchandise management.

Address store inquiries related to merchandise promptly to minimize disruptions.

Prepare training materials for product knowledge and trends for store staff.
Data Management

Accurately input data into the system in a timely manner for seasonal sales budgets and prior to merchandise arrival.

Prepare and run reports for buyers to manage business performance effectively.

Generate and consolidate sales reports for vendors.

Update the system promptly for stock returns, transfers, and changes to sales information.

Set up all stock codes as required to effectively manage merchandise information, including vendor codes.
Job Requirements:

Strong passion for fashion

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Textile, Fashion Merchandising, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Prior internship/ job experience in luxury fashion industry is an advantage

Proficient in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow tight timelines

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
