Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years in retail environment, preferably in a merchandising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in writing /speaking English / Chinese / Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle sample processes, including creating sample orders, organizing and managing incoming and outgoing samples, as well as coordinating sample reviews and approvals
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vendors, and other departments within the company to ensure that processes run smoothly and product development timelines are met
• Record, document and create all sample and production information, including product specifications, sample approvals, and quality control reports
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations through regular quality checks and communication with suppliers and vendors
