Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the process of the product development and bulk production
• Follow production status and monitor delivery schedule
• Liaise closely and independently with suppliers / factories / internal departments
• Closely monitor the performance of suppliers / factories in order to meet the timeline and quality standards
• Follow up orders and shipment with suppliers
• Maintain accurate record in the system
• Perform ad-hoc project as required
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Clothing or Textile
• Minimum 3-4 years of merchandising experience 
• Solid experience in handling Men’s & Women’s Cut and Sewn knits & Woven & Denim items
• Understanding of lab test standard & China National Standard is a must
• Must be familiar with factory operations and quality control matters
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain close communication with design, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Previous exposure in high ended apparel brand would be an advantage
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Experience in using different operation system is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel
• More experience will be considered as a Senior Merchandiser
