Merchandising Manager/Asst. Merchandising Manager/Senior Merchandiser (Cut&Sewn)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive a team of merchandising staff for day-to-day operation
• Supervising the teammates to maintain a high level of daily operation and efficiency
• Coaching the subordinates to have mutual growth
• Monitor and follow through complete process from development, sourcing, costing negotiation, time & action calendar order placement, and production to shipment
• Monitor the performance & capacity of the overseas production facilities and ensure to meet with customer’s requirement
• Liaise with internal stakeholder to resolve critical issue arising from production for on-time delivery and suggest prevention measures
• Conduct cost analysis for sales forecasting, price setting and material purchase
• Expand and develop partnership with existing & potential customers
• Travel to off-shore factories when necessary
• Provide business review and KPI for management review
• Undertake ad-hoc project assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above training of Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing & garment industry, solid working experience in factory is necessary
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial position.
• Proficient in computer skill
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time management skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchadising Manager / Senior Merchandiser
