MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Merchandising Manager  (Seam-Free Activewear Product)

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team. The Merchandising manager will specialize in yoga activewear and take a leading role in driving the development and management of our seamless activewear product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team on full cycle merchandising from product development until shipment delivery
• Work with the design and merchandising process for yoga-inspired activewear.
• Work closely with suppliers, ensuring the quality standards and timely delivery.
• Manage meetings with overseas clients and negotiate pricing
• Oversee product strategies, ensuring a seamless collaboration between design, and production.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage timelines and budgets to ensure the successful launch of each collection.

Requirements:

• Experience in yoga activewear is a must
• Experience with fashion brands is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in merchandising within the garment industry
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Frequency travel to China or other locations.
