Merchandising - Toys/Electronic - 5 days' work

Responsibilities:

·         Support daily operations for the online shopping platform, including order management from receiving order to delivery, customer services

·         Responsible in product sourcing & development, costing, sampling and follow-up bulk production

·         Communicate well with overseas brands /suppliers clearly and effectively to ensure the requirement is understood and ensure timely & quality deliverables

·         Assist in all necessary aspects regarding the team operation & supply chain

·         Order Processing including order inquiry and monitor on order schedule, order entry in system/Internal record, payment follow up etc.

·         Competitor Survey Analysis, Inventory & system management control

·         Prepare Invoice, Purchase Order and other documents to suppliers and internal departments

·         Perform ad-hoc assignments are requested
