Event & Marketing
- Assist in Museum events, exhibitions, talks, meetings from pre-event preparations (logistics, promotional materials such as banners), and on-site assistance (e.g. venue set-up, registration) to post-event statistics and administrative work.
- Liaise & follow up with contracts, vendors, co-organizers, performers, production house, etc.
- Publish online marketing materials through eDM, website, newsletters, and social media (e.g. Facebook, IG)
Administrative Support
- Update various HKMMSS membership lists & databases.
- Assist in Souvenir Counter duties (on a rotation basis), e.g. take inventory, maintain stock level (and re-order), and prepare souvenir sales reports.
- Coordinate the operational procedures for the public at the reception counter.
Technical Support
- Set up ZOOM meetings, and operate audio-visual equipment, digital exhibits, etc. for on-site and outreach meetings & seminars.
- Provide technical support for office computer systems, audio-visual equipment, digital exhibits, and networks (when the IT & Special Projects Coordinator is on leave).
Other duties as assigned
Entry Requirements
- Diploma or above with 1-year relevant experience in relevant subjects, preferably with experience in event management, digital marketing
- Good Computer knowledge, e.g. in the use of Microsoft Office and database
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
Contract terms
- 12 months (full-time)
- 5-days work with medical benefit
- Shift duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
