New Media Operations Executive

New Media Operations Executive should be a passionate individual with a strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends in the Education industry. He/She will collaborate with the team while also working independently to create timely social media posts on multi-channels and edit videos that align with the Company’s brand image.

Your Duties:

• Be a strategic digital lead for subject matter/topics, including content creation, community management and 3rd party page/ influencers management;
• Assist in campaign daily operations with precise knowledge of different social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, TikTok, WeChat, FB, etc.) ;
• Closely work with KOL or influencers to promote the brand;
• Design appropriate social media content according to our company's promotion strategy;
• Conduct social listening and manage neutralization with third party tools and agency’s supports.

Your Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• With knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / video shooting is an advantage;
• Experienced in social media management / working with influencers is a plus;
• Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible;
• Eager to learn and be a good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded;
• Be resourceful to make the outcome a reality;
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
