Nursing Officer

We are looking for a Nursing Officer to join our team.

Major Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate health care services, activities and programmes;
• Assess needs of residents and nursing team;
• Communicate with medical and para-medical personnel on health conditions and special care required for the residents;
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate training programme for nursing team, volunteers and students;
• Supervise nursing team staff.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in nursing care or other related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years’ working experience with at least 5 years at supervisory or managerial level;
• Solid operation and management experience in healthcare or medical services industry;
• Prior experience in public services and non-governmental organizations is a definite advantage;
• Independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
