Job duties:
- Provide support and reporting on projects status.
- Coordinate all project management and development, required to work closely with manufacturer to make sure all parts of the item runs smooth.
- Set priorities, develop project schedule and monitor progress of all projects, keep records and track performance.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, preparation of documents, filing and record keeping.
- Handle and maintain confidential information and document management.
- Perform other ad-hoc administration assignments to support the Marketing, Sales Planning & Operations team
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration or related discipline
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Working Hour:
- 5.5 working days, rest on public holiday
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
