Office Assistant (Half-day, work at Head Office)

職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains office cleanliness and perform general cleaning duties
  • Outdoor mailing correspondence for internal or external customers
  • Handle incoming letters and courier scanning
  • Checking inventory and replenishing beverages, snacks, and coffee capsules etc.
  • Assist in reception support
  • Performs any other administrative tasks as needed e.g. company events
  • Work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
  • On one year contract basis
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 1--6p.m.

Job Requirements:

  • Mature with excellent customer service skills is a MUST
  • Caring character with strong sense of responsibility
  • Secondary school or above with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills, able to read and write Chinese and simple English
  • Basic computer skill (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
