職位描述

- Responsible for general office administration handling

- Handle General clerical duties, including: filing, data entry, photocopying, preparing reports etc.,

- Handling incoming telephone calls,

- Assists in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1~2 years Experience required
  • Polite, organized, responsible, willing to learn and develop
  • The applicant should be conversant in English and Chinese (spoken Cantonese, preferably also spoken Putonghua) Proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook…etc.)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Mon to Fri: 9:00am-5:30pm
