Responsibilities :
• 70% duties - secretarial support to Management
• 30% duties - administrative support
• Organize emails and meeting schedule
• Prepare agenda, minutes, report and presentation materials whichever appropriate
Requirements :
• Higher Diploma or above
• Mature with at least 4 yrs solid experience in managing secretarial or administrative duties
• Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer skills, MS Office and Chinese and English typing
• Work Location: Tai Po Industrial Estate ( free shuttle bus provided at Tai Po MTR station )
• Working hours : Mon - Fri ( 0845- 1800). Alternate Sat (08:45 -13:00)
