Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations.
- Support sales with order processing, quotations, and after-sales service.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and customers.
- Coordinate samples and projects with factories.
- Maintain organized records and collaborate with teams for smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Administrative, sales support, or marketing experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
- Proactive and adaptable team player.
