Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations.
  • Support sales with order processing, quotations, and after-sales service.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and customers.
  • Coordinate samples and projects with factories.
  • Maintain organized records and collaborate with teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Administrative, sales support, or marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
  • Proactive and adaptable team player.
