職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the leasing matters of the Group’s investment portfolio, including day-to-day tenancy administration, research, promotion and marketing of properties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements: 

  • Degree/Diploma holder in property related studies
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales & leasing of residential properties in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and negotiation skills
