職位描述

The applicant must possess: 

  1. a recognised degree, preferably in construction, engineering, social science,  training, marketing, counseling or other related disciplines;
  2. a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification work experience, highly preferable in construction / employee retraining/ apprentices programmes, student placement,  vocational training, or sales & marketing;
  3. a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility;
  4. excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability of coordinating between various stakeholders; and
  5. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

Duties include: 

  1. to coordinate in students / graduates' job placement related tasks;
  2. to liaise with and search for potential employers and secure sufficient job opportunities for graduates;
  3. to assist in the implementation of the apprenticeship programme for employees and apprentices;
  4. to conduct follow up calls and site visits to graduates/apprentices;
  5. to organise career-related events and activities such as career talks, mentorship programmes, site practice, job fairs, alumni affairs, etc.; and
  6. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
