A leading award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural consultancy headquartered in Hong Kong seeks high-calibre applicants for the following post:

Officer - Media

Duties:

• Develop digital social media strategies and implement digital initiatives/ enhancement projects for Apps,   website , social media to meet business objective
• Prepare content for internal announcement, social media message, website, communications collaterals, presentation materials and other assignments in bilingual
• Carry out regular updates for the official website
• Manage and identify award submission materials
• Assist in logistics of corporate events, industry exhibitions and staff engagement activities
• With the support of corporate events, plan and organize on/office events in collaboration with cross functional/cross-business teams
• Provide administrative and logistics support when required
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Team Head

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree Holder in Journalism, Communications or a related disciplines
• 2 years working experience, preferably with in corporate communications or sizable companies
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator,  Photoshop, MS Windows, MacOS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing
• Can-do attitude, able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure at a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management abilities with attention to details
• Photo / Video shooting and editing experiences would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer - Media
