Responsibilities:
- Communicate with front line staff about products, bookings, and operations.
- Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure accurate, timely documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and systems.
- Provide administrative support (Web-site update, emails, event coordination)
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 -5 years relevant experience in Travel agency, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Possess recognized ticketing certificate of Abacus or Amadeus system is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in reservation, ticketing and cruise booking skills
- Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive.
