職位描述

Responsibilities:

- Handle customers’ opinions and integrate them into the report

- Check the quantity of Power Bank at different points, and arrange the Logistics Team to refill or remove the Power Bank

- Check the offline points regularly, and remind the related stakeholders to open the Power Bank Equipment

- Discover any unusual status of Power Bank Equipment, arrange for the Logistics Team to conduct an On-site inspection and take back the Power Bank Equipment if the stores are closed

- Handle and follow up on clients’ inquiries, assist in solving the problem

- Prepare the acknowledgement receipts and documentation support to the Logistics Team

- Collect the contracts of clients and upload them to the system

- Perform ad hoc and special assignments as required

Requirements:

- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or clerical is preferred

- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Excellent communication, responsible and well-organized skills

- Immediate availability is highly recommended

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
