職位描述

Job Duties:

  • Provide daily operation and administrative support
  • Manage database, document formatting, filing and call handling
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers for schedule arrangement

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduated or above
  • 1–2 years of customer services/sales support and follow-up services
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft application and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred

五天半工作,星期一至五: 上午九時至下午六時
星期六: 上午九時至下午一時 (長短週)
