Responsibilities
Provide help for all customer needs regarding orders or products.
Will also manage daily product uploads and coordinate with warehouse team.
Responsible for the sale activities and customer orders processing /follow up.
Handle sales and customers enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone call.
Communicate and connect with customer in decent manner.
Handle all kind of after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds).
Understanding our products, to provide best solution for customers.
Process of clerical works.
Requirements:
Proven Customer Service Experience
Able to handle large amount of order processing and CS issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Product Knowledge
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Able to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Computer skills are all necessary
Min 1 year related working experience
Working Hours:
5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
Working time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
