Operation Executive/Supervisor - Air Freight

About the role

Join the dynamic team at FreightAmigo Services Limited as an Operation Executive/Supervisor - Air Freight. This full-time position is located in Kowloon Tong and will play a crucial role in the company's freight and cargo forwarding operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the air freight division, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of shipments;
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or enquiries related to air freight services
• Monitor and analyse air freight performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures;
• Supervise and train junior team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of air freight services with the company's overall logistics offerings

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air freight operations or a similar supervisory role within the logistics/transportation industry;
• Responsible, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders;
• Proficient in using logistics and transportation management software, as well as MS Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiarity with industry regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements;
• A team player with the ability to lead and motivate a team
