Operation Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and monitor performance of the stores to maximize sales, margin, productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Provide service support, work on stock replenishment throughout the store product assortments, staff roster, internal reports etc.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department on window display, instore display and merchandising, events and promotions etc.
• Handle and solves any issue related to customers and store staff
• Identify training needs and formulate a winning strategy and development program for frontline staff
• Responsible for managing the sales and overseeing related retail operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals
• Ensure service excellence with a client centric approach provided by frontline staff and the operations are executed in align with brand standards, vision and values
• Facilitate training and professional development activities for frontline staff
• Cross-team collaboration with operations planning and operations learning & development to boost the business growth
• Review frontline sales and activity reports, provide insightful analysis to Management
• Responsible to carry out monthly/quarterly/annual performance reviews on frontline staff in order to provide guidance to underperforming staff, deliver respective coaching and assist with any issues or difficulties
• Liaise with related departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in all retail locations
• Handle ad hoc tasks upon request
   

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
• Over 5+ years of experience in retail management or operations, with a proven track record of success
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office
