Operation Planning and Customer Care Executive

Report to Senior Sales & Operation Manager. Appointee will be responsible for full spectrum of retail operations and customer care activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and enforce compliance of operation policies and procedures to foster operation efficiency;
• Analyze and maintain operational data and explore continuous improvement opportunities;
• Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries and comments via incoming calls and emails;
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to coordinate and monitor the shop inventory level;
• Support administrative work including data entry, filing, etc;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related discipline or equivalent;
• 2-3 years’ of relevant background in customer services, retail, or hospitality management, preferably in the Beauty / Luxury Retail industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines;
• Details oriented, initiative, multi-tasking, responsible and self-motivated;
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English & Cantonese (Mandarin would be a plus);
• Immediate available is preferred.
