What you will do:
- Data Management: Monitor and liaise with relevant parties to gather and manage data related to crew changes, medicals, licenses, and wages, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data processing.
- Designing and Data Analytics:Responsible for designing internal documents such as posters, presentations, and booklets, while incorporating data analytics insights to enhance visual storytelling and communication effectiveness.
- E-Wallet Administration: Handle e-wallet related matters, including seafarer applications, inquiries, and card management. Collaborate with service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Internal Presentations: Coordinate with teams to compile and analyze data, then prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Documentation Management: Assist in drafting departmental manuals and documentation, incorporating management feedback and updates.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with data processing software is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, with proven experience in creating effective PowerPoint slides for internal communication.
- Skills in designing posters, presentations, and booklets etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We value a positive attitude and are willing to provide training and support for the right candidate.
