Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1. **Daily operation management**

• Responsible for the daily operation of AI robots and unmanned vehicles to ensure the efficient operation of the system.
• Monitor operation data, analyze performance indicators, and optimize operation process.

2. **Customer Service and Support**

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, provide timely technical support and services.
• Maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collect user needs and suggestions.

3. **Data analysis and reporting**

• Collect and analyze operational data, prepare operational reports, and propose improvement measures.
• Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate operational effectiveness and optimize strategies.

4. **Safety Management**

• Ensure safety protocols are followed during operation, and conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Formulate and implement contingency plans to handle emergencies and ensure operational safety.

5. **Teamwork and training**

• Work closely with technical team and sales team to ensure effective coordination between operation and technical support.
• Responsible for training new employees to familiarize them with operation process and safety norms.

6. **Project Support and Optimization**

• Participate in the implementation of new projects, provide operational suggestions to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Propose optimization of operation process and system to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Engineering, computer, management and other related majors are preferred.
• Knowledge base related to AI technology, robotics or drones.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit with good problem solving skills.
• Relevant working experience is preferred.
