Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations
• Maintain & enhance service qualities and provide in-service training 
• Handle and resolve complaints 
• Perform regular evaluations & audit of nursing skills as well as staff practices
• Co-operate with Marketing Department in business development 
• Conduct regular site visits to various centres  

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with recognized Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years management experience in healthcare / medical fields        
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good leadership skills and self-motivated 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
