Operations Officer/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings and follow up requests for all products.處理所有產品的預訂和跟進。
• Follow through production and operation processes in adherence to the Company's standards. 依照公司標準執行生產和營運流程。
• Co-ordinate with suppliers on rates and inventory.與供應商就價格和庫存進行協調。
• Create and support product-built in booking system and subsequent follow up.建立和支援產品內的預訂系統跟進。
• Prepare tour files and detailed briefing for tour escorts.為導遊準備旅遊文件和詳細簡報。
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders for any special requests from customers, ensuring fulfilment by tour escorts and suppliers on tours.協調客戶的要求和確保導遊和旅遊供應商符合要求。
• Provide on tour support to tour escorts when problems arising.為領隊提供旅遊支援。
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.執行臨時職責或項目。

Requirements:

• Secondary level (HKCEE/HKDSE) with professional training in tourism management or related disciplines.
• Min. 1-2 years' relevant experience in travel industry.
• Proactive and well organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
• Fast and accurate typing including Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome
