Operations & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strong in Operations.
• Oversee sales performance, achieve sales target and control cost.
• Lead and inspire our frontline staff and teams to give exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
• Review store operation performance for maximizing efficiencies and productivity
• Regular store visits to ensure sales and service excellence, share best practices amongst all locations.
• Establish and simplify operating procedures and guideline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute compelling in-store experiences, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Closely communicate with internal departments to ensure good working relationship.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance analysis
• Monitor and motivate the team, identify staff development needs and to develop staff training plans and schedule

About You
You should have/be: 

• Bachelor or above in related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in solid service industry and team management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill
• Analytical mindset, data-sensitive to drive decision-making
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as lower position
• Immediate available would-be advantage
