Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Development and Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with overseas key accounts, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
    • Leverage existing resources to introduce new high-value clients to the company.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Sales and Business Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets.
    • Develop tailored strategies for key account development and retention to achieve company objectives.
  3. Industry Expertise and Consultation:
    • Offer professional advice on garment manufacturing, trends, and solutions based on specific client needs.
    • Stay informed of global fashion trends to provide product development recommendations to clients.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and forecasts for management review.
    • Propose improvements to products and services based on client feedback and data analysis.

Position Requirements:

  1. Experience and Network:
    • Over 10 years of international sales experience in the garment industry.
    • Strong overseas client network, including retailers, brands, or wholesalers.
    • Prior experience in garment factory operations is preferred.
  2. Skills and Competencies:
    • Fluent in English (proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of garment production processes, fabric sourcing, and quality standards.
    • Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping requirements.
  4. Personal Attributes:
    • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Educational Requirements:
      Education background in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
