Packaging Coordinator

MacNeill Worldwide Pacific Limited is a US based company which is recognized as a world leader in Athletic traction industry, end customers include Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance, Under Armour, and scores of others; product types cover the sport categories of golf, soccer, American football, baseball, track and field etc.

What you will be handling: 

• Checking the artworks and labels from supplier before printing
• Maintaining good working accuracy, documentation record and artwork database
• Coordinate with cross functions for timely communication and alignment on projects and changes
• Guarantee the consistency in design and printing quality across all projects following corporate own brand guidelines
• Communicate clearly to suppliers including the lead time, ensure all aspects of product compliance, quality level and on-time delivery; identity and resolve potential problems

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Higher Diploma graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years of project and product development experience in a factory or manufacturing company are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in using Adobe Creative Suite in a prepress environment, inclusive Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop;
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
• Immediately available is highly preferred
