Part-Time Account Clerk (3 days per week)

The successful candidate will be supporting for the full set of accounts of our subsidiary, Lightning International Media Limited.

Lightning International is a content and media solutions company, with special emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region. Lightning currently represents and serves a number of linear TV channels. The addition of Lightning into the AsiaSat family is a strategic move to expand the company’s services and extend its clients’ reach to global audiences through traditional and new distribution platforms including OTT and FAST.

Responsibilities:-

• Support accounting manager to manage full set of accounts and monthly financial and management reports for the subsidiary
• Manage general day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare supporting schedules for month-end closing
• Liaise and communicate with customers and other departments for any enquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in Accounting field
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A good team player with can-do attitude and can work independently
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
