Key responsibilities:

  • Perform all necessary administrative support for the sales, engineering, HR team
  • Uphold a filing system for the payment records and other relevant documents
  • Communicate with clients on sales receivalbe, and prepare documents including inovice and quotations
  • Handling on-demand client & project documentations, and internal documentations
  • Responsible to support funding or other program application
  • Prepare documents for account and audit
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative and recruitment tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in the related fields
  • Holder of diploma or above (we welcome candidates from all streams)
  • Attention to details and able to solve problems independently
  • Possess strong coordination skills; able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English
  • Enjoy working with a group of young and fun team
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
