Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) is a self-financing arm of Lingnan University providing various full-time academic programmes including Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Diploma of Applied Education, Applied Learning and part-time professional continuing education programmes to meet the diverse learning needs of society.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and counter services
- Assist in data entry, filing and clerical duties
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
- Work on fractional part-time basis (25 to 30 hours per week) or part-time hourly basis (18 hours per week)
- May be required to work on weekend and/or night shift in the learning centre in Prince Edward near the Prince Edward MTR station
Requirements
- Completed secondary school education, and applicants with an associate degree or higher diploma or equivalent are preferred
- A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- A high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing
- Hard working and reliable
- Good manner and good communication skills
- Applicants who are immediately available are highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are also considered
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
