Job Duties:
- Tracking of CRM KPIs and data
- Work closely with retail team and shop staff to ensure campaigns implemented effectively
- Support on clienteling app development and enhancement projects
- Daily operation support of clienteling app e.g. enquiry from shop staff, data verification etc
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Support for ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
- Able to work at least 2-3 days per week
- Long-term part-time position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, able to meet deadline and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
