Part-time Expo Helpers / Events Assistants

Requirements:

- Hard working, responsible, presentable & willing to learn
- Current Students with  Tertiary Education
- Overseas Study Experiences is a plus

Languages:  Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
Interview:  Brief interview will be arranged for selected candidates
Briefing:  Must attend the briefing session(s)

Dress Code:
• 琥珀教育會提供白色 Amber Education Polo Shirt
• 穿著運動鞋 以 方便工作
• 深色 長褲或裙
• 不允許短褲、涼鞋、拖鞋
Duties:
派駐不同崗位如下：
• 展覽開始前佈置會場及展覽完成後收拾會場
• 輔助學生及家長在登記處作簡單登記
• 維持會場秩序
協助學校代表或學生家長作簡單英語翻譯 (如遇上查詢)
• 解答學生及家長疑問
• 派送餐點予琥珀員工及各大學校代表
Briefing: 
屆時會派發 Pole T-Shirt、安排職位及講解展覽流程。
