The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- To support culture building initiatives by generating and implementing multimedia solutions, while fostering collaboration and teamwork among team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- To communicate and promote through effective use of multimedia tools and platforms.
- To coordinate with key stakeholders and representatives from OC for the implementation.
- To create and keep up the momentum by regularly monitoring progress and addressing challenges with creative and effective communication and solution.
- Ideally 50-60 hours per month
Requirement
- Effective Communicator: Can convey ideas persuasively and engage others through clear and compelling communication, facilitating constructive dialogue and idea sharing.
- Multi-media Proficiency: Proficient in multimedia tools and platforms, capable of leveraging digital channels to enhance communication and engagement initiatives within the team and across the organization.
- Good Organization and Reporting Skills: To track and review project progress effectively.
- Collaborative Skills: Effective team player who can collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
