Part time Marketing & Design Assistant (2-3 days weekly)

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:

• Development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Help track and analyze campaign performance, prepare data reports, using data to refine strategies for optimal results

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Create visually engaging marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, etc.) to support both online and offline campaigns for different clients
• Develop visual content for social media platforms and websites
• Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials

Social Media and Website Support:

• Create and schedule social media content that engages our target audience and supports marketing initiatives
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and assist in community engagement efforts
• Build and maintain project websites

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Support in the analysis of marketing performance metrics, and help generate insights for continuous improvement

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with clients to ensure marketing efforts that align with overall business goals
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties to ensure smooth execution of the project

Who we are looking for:

• Prior working experience in marketing field is preferred but not a must
• Good marketing sense in social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Wechat and other platforms, etc.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Wix and Wordpress
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to details, a good team player and enjoy striving in a fast-pace environment
• Able to work 2-3 days (Mon/Tues/Thurs) per week
• Long terms cooperation only
