Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development and Engagement:

  • Cultivate new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with multilateral organisations, universities, governmental entities, and corporate stakeholders
  • Act as a primary point of contact and partner liaison, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales and Project Management:

  • Collaborate on and implement strategies for outreach, sales, and engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate across multiple projects, keeping initiatives on schedule and within budget, and consistently meeting project deliverables.

Content Preparation and Outreach Support:

  • Prepare compelling content and presentation materials for meetings, events, and initiatives.
  • Conduct targeted outreach efforts to engage stakeholders in collaborations, events, and fundraising activities.

Fundraising and Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies for events, conferences, and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including participant engagement, venue selection, and post-event follow-up.

Innovation Challenge and Educational Program Support:

  • Play a pivotal role in the administration of the Innovation Challenge, scholarship programs, and the expansion of executive education in China.
  • Support the design and delivery of program materials and coordinate between participants, educators, and stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably involving the United Nations or other multilateral organisations.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin); proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales or fundraising role, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for negotiation and networking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong commitment to the organisation’s mission and values.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Innovative thinker with a talent for problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to undertake travel to Mainland.
