Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional business and personal matters & support to CEO & Director;
  • Handle clerical invoicing and accounting; expense reimbursement
  • Handle day-to-day activities including email, calendar, appointments, meetings and phone calls;
  • Organize work plans, prioritize tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments;
  • Travel arrangements and expenses reimbursement;
  • Willing to help with personal/family matters

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with 2-3 relevant working experiences;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a plus;
  • Company secretary/clerical experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good computer skills – open to using new tools and apps
  • Mature, detail-minded, patient and proactive;
  • Pleasant, cheerful with positive and logical thinking;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
  • Willing to work overtime or on holidays when required;

Working hours: 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday.
