Job Highlights
- Manage international projects as assigned by Chairman
- Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as the focal point for the Chairman’s corporate projects to ensure smooth functioning of activities in multiple lines of business.
- To monitor and control overall project scheduling and technical matters.
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business
- Assist in analysis and translation of documents
- Maintain effective communication with business counterparts and follow strictly the project timelines across various countries and regions.
- Handle administrative duties such as diary management, maintaining business files and corporate record keeping
- Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues in various aspects of a project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
- 5 years working experience with 3 years secretarial experience in serving senior management
- Experience in International Trade is preferred
- Requires full time availability with flexible hours
- Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and highly organized
- Travel is required
- IANG/TTPS Visa candidate are welcomed
